'Eating your greens!' doesn't have to mean gulping down tasteless boiled cabbage. There's always cauliflower cheese, roasted vegetables, or beetroot if that gets you salivating. It's the same with 'going green'. It's not all 'out with the trainers in with the sandals.' There's gotta be some taste. Going a bit eco should be sizzling, fresh-cooked, flame-grilled even.
